光復經歷九十年的歲月，傳承與經營理念轉型提升; 觀光導覽提供國旅與國際遊客深刻體驗台灣「紹興故鄉」娛樂休閒與在地精蘊文。

從入口處開始，場內似博物館玲琅豐富的埔里寶藏地圖，規劃打造埔里酒廠自營「紹興香腸＆台酒冰棒」提供散客與團客舒活漫步遊覽過程中．小憩交匯畫龍據點，不僅滿足口慾更增添酒廠點睛風光。

Cultural Brewing, Artistic Tourism

Puli Brewery, boasting over a century of local cultural heritage, has undergone ninety years of transformation and enhancement since its restoration. Upholding the principles of inheritance and management philosophy, the distillery has evolved. The guided tours provide domestic and international travelers with a profound experience of Taiwan's "Shaoxing Hometown," blending entertainment, leisure, and local cultural enrichment.

Starting from the entrance, the venue resembles a museum with a rich collection of Puli treasures. The plan is to establish Puli Brewery's own "Shaoxing Sausage & Taiwan Liquor Popsicles" to offer both individual and group visitors a leisurely stroll during the tour. Resting spots at the intersection of art not only satisfy the palate but also enhance the charm of the distillery's scenery.
